I bought a75ft 3/4 Water Right blue hose in sep 8 2010 and for a reason after a great happy used the hose connector brooked, so I said to myself great now I have to deal with the manufacture warranty Hassel .. great . but when I contacted Water Right inc and I was blow out of a 100% Hassel free amazing customer service and in less than 3 min in the conversation they are sending a new replacement right to my home without asking me 100 questions and take a lie detector and without having to send the old broken one back to them before they send me a new one...
