An outstanding product but missing numerous small parts. This thing is serious heavy duty and you won't find anything like it at Lowes or Home Depot. Big Balloon tires lets you push it anywhere. It will in fact store at least 300 feet of hose. I have a hundred foot pro grade on it and doesn't even dent its obvious capacity. NO PLASTIC HERE--reinforce all threaded conections with one wrap of plumber's thread tape. A little seapage on mine but no big deal.

I'm assuming the product was already assembled and then disassemble for shipment to me. The screws, nuts, washers, etc. were loose in the container which was holed during shipment. Some of these small parts probably fell out. Luckily I keep leftover parts from everything and had what I needed to complete assembly without contacting the seller.

Still five stars for obvious quality.
