I have about 7' of head on my pond and I was hoping this pump would replace my power-hungry Savio WMS3600. Even though the flow charts said I would be okay I just didn't have the GPH output to pull enough solids into my skimmer. Instead, material just gathered around the outside of the skimmer.

Measured power consumption at 205 watts so it is pretty efficient... just be careful if you have a lot of head on your pond.
