I ordered these hoses, a 100 foot and a 75 foot on Dec. 29 of 2010. They were only used to water the horses and was always drained completely to prevent water from freezing in them. They were hooked together for all this. First let me say the Amazon shipping was excelent. The hoses were a complete waste of money. Here it is only April and already the 100 footer has an 8 inch bulge that will soon blow out and there are multiple bubbles beside that too. I have struggled with leaky connections this whole period too. The seat design for the seal is terrible... because there isn't much of a seat at all. It will cut seals about as fast as you can put them in. Kink free,,,,LOL that is a Joke! These hoses don't get kinks, they get monster kinks. It's a struggle to get the kink out once it's there and if the hose isn't laid out just perfectly or on a reel, it will kink.
I wouldn't buy another one of theses hoses and I would not recommend these hoses unless I really didn't like you.
