Better than buying a new pump! Just wish it was less costly and/or laguna would cover the impeller for 3 years like the rest of the pump. The impeller is the only problem I have had with the pumps I have owned.
Laguna should also make available the shaft holder of the base of the impeller as this is the small part (which is supplied with the new impeller) which fails most of the time, causing the impeller failure.
