Finally, a controller designed with real people in mind, at a price you can afford. The large, easy to read LCD display, large setting knob and physical connections - everything about this device is perfect. I use it to control watering in the front and back of my home. You can completely set up the controller before ever attaching it to the water faucet.

It's so easy: Turn the knob to Time and enter the time and date. Toggle the Left hose and enter the start time, duration and frequency. Repeat for the Right hose. You can choose twice a day at 6 or 12 hr. intervals, or every day, every other day, every 3rd day, up to a 7 day interval. The start times can even overlap. This controller is so intuitive, you probably won't need instructions to set it.

If you want to water immediately, just push a button, select a duration and toggle the left or right hose. If it looks like rain, push the delay button once for 24 hr. delay, twice for 48 hr. delay or 3 times for 72 hr. delay. If you wish to stop watering but aren't sure for how long, just turn the knob to off (but you will have to turn the knob to On to resume watering again. :))
