I've used others and they always break. I live in a city with high line pressures (80-120psi). This timer appears to be more solidly built than any of the others. Also has a 6 year warranty. It's probably not worth the hassle of actually taking the company up on the warranty given the low cost of the item, but it does indicate that they believe in the durability of the product.
