I don't get all these bad reviews. I looked at this one and the plastic gilmour at lowes and this one is by far stronger and it looks like it will last a life time . I've been using it for 7 months now with no issues or leaks what so ever. I use it every day for a hose and for a dripper system .

The only cons was at first it was very hard to turn on and off you need to be strong but after it got older it got easy to turn on and off .

UPDATE--- 7 months later and this hose connector is still going strong. I've been using it twice a week on all four nozzles. One hooked up to the hose. The other I have hooked up to irrigate my trees . Another to irrigate my garden and the last is hooked up to a timer that waters my raised strawberry beds. There is no leaks and I know it's been tugged on when I use the hose .

I will update this review in the future if any part of this connector fails .
