Disk Replacement for Zone Fountain Foggers 20mm Review

I have an indoor mist fountain that I love, but after a while the disk puts out less and less mist, then stops working entirely. This actually took more than a year and a half to happen, but it did eventually give out. Replacement atomizing units can be expensive, and the one I got to replace the unit that came with the fountain had about half the life of the first one. I had saved the first one on the off chance I could find something to fix it, so when I saw this kit I jumped on it. It arrived extremely quickly, two or three days after the order went in (I wasn't expecting it for another week or so). The instructions on the back of the package are pretty clear. I didn't need the rubber gasket that came on the new disk, as the old one didn't have one on it. When I turned it on, it worked perfectly, perhaps even better than before! I'm so happy to have my old unit working again, and this is a far less expensive option than replacing it with another unit. If the old unit stops working again, I will definitely be reordering this product.

10 Watt Submersible Halogen Light Review

This light puts off pretty good light for a small pond or fountain. It's nice because it comes with a transformer and you don't need to connect it to an existing 12V landscape lighting system. It also lays flat on the bottom and shines straight up, rather than aiming at something. So if you want to highlight a certain item in a pond, this may not be the right choice. It's more for general illumination of a small area. Probably not great for large ponds either. My fountain is only about 12 gallons and it's plenty bright for that. In fact it blinds you if you look straight down at it. My bulb lasted one season and I replaced it with a 20 watt by mistake. It fried it but that's my fault. I am buying another one.

water level in spa goes down an inch or two overnight probably because flapper is not as tight as spring and it works off water pressure in the spa to close it.

I have been using this product for a few years now and it never disappointed me until this spring. When the pond got warm enough this year, I started treating it with the Beckett Crystal Pond, like I did every year. When I opened the first container, it looked a little different and I joked about it being watered down with sawdust and we all laughed. But then it didn't work. Normally, by the time I run through 3/4 of a jar it always kept my pond crystal clear, but not this time. I've been through almost 5 of these in the last two months, and it isn't working at all.
