Bought this Back Flow Preventer to attach a standard garden hose to my Winnebago Adventurer's Black Tank Flush which has a standard garden hose female attachment. This unit was recommended by Amazon as a suggestion when I bought quite a bit of other gear to fit out my RV. This unit has the threads completely opposite of every RV Sewer Tank Flush I have ever seen. The large open end need to be threaded on the outside to screw into the RV Sewer Flush and the smaller end needs the threads on the inside. Had to buy a standard unit from Home Depot in the Power Washer section. The Garden Dept and Plumbing Aisles did not have the one I needed.
